Multiple ludicrous assumptions came out after Brady was benched in the fourth quarter against the Kansas City Chiefs during last weeks Monday Night match-up. Will Brady retire with the Patriots? Will Garoppolo start versus the Bengals?
These questions would all be relevant, if we weren't talking about Tom Brady. How often does Tom Brady lose one week by astronomical margins, then come back the following week and suck? Almost NEVER. Brady proved himself to doubters this weekend, crushing the bengals defense 43-17, with a solid 2 touchdowns, and over 292 yards with a completion percentage of 65.7%. Not only did he come back with a vengeance, but he also surpassed 50,000 career yards. This young offense looked impressive this weekend, leaving critics excited for next weeks game versus division rivals, the Buffalo Bills.
